Psychotherapy: There is no answer to this question that fits every person.  Generically, i would submit that the fear of death doesn't ever completely go away.  How we react to these fears and concerns probably has the most relevance for living day to day though.  For many, this fear and reality that we all will die instills a sense of urgency to live their lives with the most value and meaning possible.

Feeling Good: There are several types of depression.  Reactive depression occurs as a result of loss and eventually we adjust.  If one does not adjust or if the cause is not clear certainly seek professional help.  "feeling good" by david burns is an excellent self-help book based on science.  Don't let the thickness of it intimidate you.  Take it bit by bit. Most depressed folks are not suicidal.  Peace&amp;health

Try not to worry!: Apparently you didn&#x27;t believe or understand my previous reply to the same question, so I&#x27;ll try again. Myocarditis is an infrequent cause of sudden death, even in people with various illnesses with fever. By far the most common cause of early death is trauma: accident, violence, etc. So try not to worry about your heart -- and don&#x27;t forget your seat belt!

Scd: Staying sedentary and overweight increases chances of complications of obesity. These include diabetes, high cholesterol and hypertension which are risk factors for coronary artery disease.

Have you chronically: been worried about health issues or dying?  Do you have any specific conditions that would increase your risk factors for sudden adult death? Do you currently have a clean bill of health?  If you are healthy but can't stop obsessing about this - would encourage you to explore cognitive behavioral therapy.

Listen to music: And focus on tunes instead of shots. Put Lidocaine on her arm before the shots so it won't hurt as much. It's hard, i know. Good luck!

Health Fears: If you have frequent and intense fears of developing cancer because of the foods you eat (and assuming that you have a fairly healthy diet) then the issue which may merit more attention might be your fear.  Wanting to eat healthy food is a positive but allowing fears to take over your life is not. Consider seeing a psychotherapist or a counselor if this is significantly impacting your wellness.
