: Sudden cardiac arrest in seemingly healthy athletes is rare, but can occur if there is underlying disease such as: cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, Long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome or heart birth defects. Unfortunately there is no one test that can predict sudden cardiac arrest in athletes. Thankfully, resuscitation is very common and easy treatment to stablilize the athlete.

CPR and shocks (if approp) is key.

: We consider 10%  significant.  More info about the PVC's would be helpful. Are they singles, couplets,runs,multiform, early after the T wave? Does your 12 lead EKG show a prolonged QTc interval? Do you have a family history of sudden death,fainting episodes? Have you had a treadmill stress test?  Are the PVC's symptomatic? Structurally normal heart is reassuring. : You have focused on something wrong and allowed fear to accentuate a vicious cycle. You should relax and not be afraid, and if you use any kind of stimulants including in soda stop it. Fear drives the abnormality of heart rhythm and limit stimulation may help you as well.
