See a board certifieddermatologist  or plastic surgeon to begin your search for an appropriate course of action. I cannot see how a product whose ingredients are unknown could be relied upon to improve scars.

How bad? How long?: If it's scar tissue it may gradually fade like scars anywhere. You can't do much to speed up your body's natural healing. But if it's been there for a while or you can feel the scar let your doctor have a look.

Get seen: Stop using home / "pop" remedies and get seen by a competent dermatologist. Ringworm that doesn't respond to simple topical agents probably isn't ringworm.

Consult Podiatrist: Corns can be quite annoying, depending upon their location and friction from adjoining skin or shoe surface to cause pain. If it has affected you significantly for some time, with little help from OTC meds, a consultation with a podiatrist is worth the money and effortt. They can excise it or recommend othe rtreatment option. Feel better:)

Can't really get RID: Of scars, but you can reduce their noticibility.  Use a cream called mederma to reduce the appearance of scars.

Aloe vera if healing: Try aloe vera or mederma. There are also over-the-counter treatments made of silicon you put over it that would work on a scar to hydrate it overnight.  Probably unnecessary to mention, please don't use Nair on your face again. Vaniqua is a better option made for that. There is also laser hair removal and electrolysis.

Keloids: The treatment you propose will do little to impact Keloidal scarring. These scars are a build-up of dense collagen in the dermis and little effected by the kind of exfoliative surface treatment for a wart, which is an epidermal process. A good plastic surgeon may be able to help guide you on better options, surgical or medical.

This : This could be razor bumps (pseudofolliculitis), skin tags, warts, molluscum, a scar, or several other possibilities.  I think you should probably see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and to discuss treatment options.  I hope that helps.

Yes: A bad scar can be excised and may improve the cosmetic appearance. There will be a fine line there even in the best circumstances. Some people get hypertrophic scars called keloids and may benefit from steroid injection.
