This is the body increasing the blood flow and bringing healing factors to the area and also the veins expand to carry bad stuff away. As healing occurs, new tissues fill in that are different than normal and less elastic.  This is a scar.  Over time it will fade in color but always be there.

See dermatologist: It might be scalp fungal infestion with distroying hair follicle. Need tablets and topical anti fungal medication. If not improving then need to get skin scraping and find out types of fungal infection in labs .Hair  need to be cut very short for topical medication application. Best to schedule dermatology clinic for further skin study and treatment.

Maybe, maybe not: It may be too soon to tell yet. Har will not regrow in the scar itself, and it's hard to predict what will happen in the area around it. The healing process is not complete yet and it may take a while for things get back to normal (weeks to months) Don't get scars sunburned, though, or they become permanently red.

we have noticed thinning of one eye brow and some receding of scalp hair (although not too sure). apart from this she complains of frequent urination. what could be the diagnosis- i am extremely scarred reading the internet. ?

Unrelated: It's unlikely thinning of an eyebrow and receding of hair line is related to frequent urination. Frequent urination most often is due to uncontrolled diabetes or a bladder infection.
