Not the key: Whether or not you pop them, you're likely to have hyperpigmentation and maybe depressed scars; the latter can be permanent. You owe it to yourself to get serious about managing your acne. If topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated up to 10% 2x/day hasn't cleared you in two weeks, your physician can add something that will. First, stop picking!: This is an easy one to answer but a lot more difficult for you to comply with.  The repetitive trauma will lead to the scars you describe.  I know that trying to stop picking is a hard thing to do.  I would really recommend you see a dermatologist to help you with treatment.

Stop picking: The scars will slowly improve if you stop popping the pimples (popping will only cause worsening scarring). Get proper treatment for the pimples such as topicals or oral meds (see a doctor or dermatologist). There are many procedures that can help with your scars such as lasers, ipl, microdermabrasion, fractional resurfacing.

Yes: Picking at your skin can cause acne scarring and should be avoided.  Wash with a good soap designed specfically for the face. Use a good face moisturizer. Over the counter products like benzoyl peroxide are a good start to treat acne. If your acne is more severe or if there are nodules present you should consider seeing a dermatologist.

Folliculitis: The condition is possibly inflammation of hair follicles which can result in bumps, crusting etc. Rarely some areas may progress to micro abscess formation. Topical Bactroban (mupirocin) Cream offers relief and helps with the healing process.

Sounds : Sounds like you have fairly severe acne and possibly need treatment with an oral anibiotic or possibly accutane.  Accutane is an aggressive acne medication that can help improve severe nodulocystic acne (scarring acne).  It is the best treatment to prevent scarring acne.  I would recommend you visit a dermatologist who can evaluate you and determine if an antibiotic or possibly Accutane would be right for you.

Lasers and peels: Lasers and chemical peels can improve the discoloration and scarring. One can't promise perfection. Significant improvement is possible.

Edema: Generally the clear fluid that leaks is one of two things: either it's edema (swelling) from the trauma of the pressure or it's fluid from inside the cells that have ruptured.  Either way it's an indication that you're applying too much pressure to "pop the pimple".  It is not generally recommended to squeeze acne.  The pressure can actually cause the infection to go deeper or lead to scarring.

Nostril: The nose is a very sensitive place, as you've discovered.  You can consider a pimple a simple infection and when you pop it, the infection isn't magically completely gone.  Much of the pus is.  Also, when you pop a pimple, there is now an open wound and nerve endings that are exposed to the air/outside world.  These are the reasons your nose still hurts.  It will get better...Just takes time.
