Toothpaste burn?: All i can think of would be some type of reaction to a flavoring or other ingredient or possible allergy?  I have not heard of that before.  Vaseline would not be a problem but if it is an allergic problem, then Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or cortizone ointment may be better.

Not good idea: Using any toothpaste for your acne can cause more redness and irritation. Please don't ever do this to your face, save the toothpaste for your teeth only. See your PCP for examination.

Time: Toothpaste did not cause burns. The lesions from acne will take time to heal. Best is to not do anything. If you have money to spare, you may see a dermatologist for treatment.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i burned my face using toothpaste to get rid of a pimple now i have a weird burn and i'm going on vacation in 2 days?

Skin care: Avoid placing any other abrasive creams on your face for now.  The use of the toothpaste should have dried out the pimple and your skin will need to heal by it peeling off at that spot.  Keep your skin clean &amp; hydrated and avoid any soaps that can strip your skin of its natural oils.  These are needed to keep your skin hydrated and healthy as well as prevent bacteria buildup. Try massaging: coconut oil into hair and scalp. This will moisturize and sooth the chemically damaged skin.

ER or ...PCP...: If one has not taken an antihistamine like Benadryl. they should and then hurry on to the ER or their PCP. It is important to know what is causing the reaction and if preventive measures can be put in place. Those lumps  on the face and chest are called Hives. Please see a Doctor soonest.

Just a: thought but you should consider seeing a Dermatologist...what you have sounds like it may be more "serious" than Dandruff..eg PSORIASIS,,,suggest you try an anti-Psoriasis  SHAMPOO ..ask your Pharmacist for recommendation....

Most likely if all: over the scalp:  seborrheic dermatitis.  Try an anti-dandruff shampoo, pharmacy generic brand.  If you get immediate relief progressing to normal, that is all you need.  If it is just affecting parts of your scalp, you may need an anti-fungal shampoo, and likely a visit to your PCP or dermatologist.

i think i may have herpes on my genitals i have a smal painless bump on my head of my dick ,no burning when i pee. itching in pubic area. what do you think. i never had sores on my penis or scabs. what do you think??

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you have has sex, it could be herpes.  It would be prudent to see a doctor. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
