Not necessarily.: A sign that scabies (or the mites that cause it) have returned are "burrows" or tunnels in the skin, usually in the web spaces between the fingers. Water blisters are the skin's reaction to different  agents / irritants, and could be a delayed reaction to the mites (or their feces - yuck!), or it could be from the medication used to eradicate the (previous) mites. In any case, see a doctor to eval

Yes: The Scabies mite is spread by direct skin to skin contact. Causes a rash of tiny red itchy red bumps with sometimes a red line between them. Acropustulosis are blisters/pustules on palms and soles of this condition found in infants. In children under one the rash may extend onto the face. Impetigo is the most common secondary infection of the wounds. See your MD for help with treatment.

Reinfected: It is difficult to say without looking at your skin,  it sounds like you may not have completely treated your infestation. You should have completed two topical head to toe treatments one week apart, and sterilized all of your clothing, sheets, etc. Also close contacts / family needs to be treated. It is also possible you have something else going on like folliculitis. See a dermatologist.

Resistant scabies: If you were treated with Permethrin with inadequate response, you are likely to have a resistant scabies which should be treated with Lindane lotion.

It : It certainly could be scabies, but watery blisters on the fingers is often a sign of "dyshidrotic eczema".  This is form of eczema that is common on the hands and fingers.  Treatment with a hydrating cleanser such as cerave hydrating cleanser, moisturize with cerave cream, and possible treatment with a steroid ointment would be helpful.  It is possible that you have a reinfestation with scabies although that is difficult to determine without a skin scraping. I hope that helps.

i have treated scabies about 5 months ago and still have bumps and blisters but not itchy. how do i get rid of them?

See a dermatologist: Your scabies is cured. An exam by a skin specialist will determine if you have something else or residual effects from violent excoriation when you had scabies.

Could be  fungus: Try treating this with over the counter clotrimazole cream as fungus is likely.  Scabies rarely affects the feet.   If persistent, see a dermatologist.

Scabies: Scabies is incredibly contagious so messing with the lesions is going to make it worse. You need to take the oral pills for scabies and stop scratching at the lesions!!!

i have a blister like bump on the side of my foot that is the size of a pea that is soar what        could it be...my boyfriend says scabies?

A wart?: Its not scabies. The skin on the side of the foot is probably too hard for scabies to penetrate. Scabies usually leaves a trail of nodules as it burrows underneath the skin.
