i pick on my scalp and it bleeds all the time than i pick on my scabs i'm scared that if i keep doing it i can get cancer ! advice please i'm worry?

Scalp lump: Most skin conditions like this should be evaluated by a physician. In sun exposed areas, tissue damage results in changes in the nature and texture of the skin, including benign things like seborrheic keratosis, but also skin cancers like basal and squamous cell tumors. A biopsy always takes guesswork out of the equation.

Scalp Cyst: Trichilemmal or pilar cysts are common intradermal or subcutaneous cysts, occurring in 5-10% of the population. Greater than 90% occur on the scalp, where trichilemmal cysts are the most common cutaneous cyst. Trichilemmal cysts are almost always benign. They may be sporadic or they may be autosomal dominantly inherited. Surgical excision is the only treatment.

i have a lot of hard bumps on my scalp, especially at the back. i haven't noticed them since they do not hurt nor itch. they're about a half mm in size and at the base of the follicles. could it be cancer?

: What you described suggests folliculitis, inflammation of the hair follicles. It is not suggestive of cancer.
You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure  to sun, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.

Scab: Any nonhealing skin lesion can be malignant. If this lesion doesn't heal have your physician examine it but it may well be a nonmalignant lesion like psoriasis for example,but you will get peace of mind.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without looking at the lesion. It may be seborrohic keratosis, an non-cancer lesion, but it would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.

Sure it's a scab?: The word "scab" usually means dried blood (like on a skinned knee). Dangerous skin cancers (melanomas) can be black but usually begin as flat dark spots that do not protrude upward from the skin until later. All black skin lesions should be evaluated by a physician ASAP! Please show this to your doctor immediately. Good luck.

See your primary doc: This could be something as simple as a ruptured cyst or could be a very serious problem. It should be evaluated by your primary doc asap!

Not likely: Is there a specific place that bleeds or it's generalized?
Can you see anything on the skin?
It can be anything from a fungal/parasite infection to a skin condition- psoriasis specifically, less likely cancer.
You definitely have to abstain from scratching since this is feeding in the condition.
Ultimately, consider letting your PCP examine your scalp.

Do you mean: On the scalp under hair? Skin cancers can occur anywhere, including the scalp. Most appear as an enlarging dark mole. It may bleed easily.
