Depends: The macaroni is non-dairy and can even be made with rice noodles which are gluten free.  However the sauce is the critical element.  Some are made with dairy elements, cream and milk and sour cream, for instance.  You need to make it yourself if non-dairy is the goal.

Bulk: The stomach sends  signals to the brain as you eat and it is the brain that tells you when you have had enough to eat. Maybe it is your brain that is oversensitive to the signals from the stomach and that could be due to an abundance of empty calories in the rest of your diet. Empty calories = food with insufficient vitamin content, unfortunately the common standard american diet (sad).

Moderation is key: Too much of anything is not good.

can i use narcocin when i take saroxat daily?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Narocin is an NSAID and saroxat is an ssri.
They both have platelet inhibiting properties, so  together they increase your risk of stomach ulcers, so if you develop stomach upset, stop the narocin and see your family doctor. Do not take narocin if you are on Coumadin (warfarin) or lithium.

Not really a medical: question. But, yes there are bodies of saints that have been preserved in glass coffins.   Saint Bernadette (Lourdes) is one such example.

Need protein.: Salads for lunch are fine as long as you add a lean protein atop.  Could be a lean animal protein, beans or even quinoa.
