A "disorder" would encompass many problems like infection, blockage (salivary stones), inflammation, tumors, etc.

Maybe-Vague: The most common problem is "sialoadenitis" where the gland gets blocked up, and becomes painful and swollen.  This can be initially treated with hot compresses, good hydration (lots of water) and sour foods/liquids taken 5-10x/day (vinegar, lemon juice, sour candies, etc).  Ask your doctor for details about what he/she thinks the problem is.  Best wishes.

Possible mumps: Bilateral obstruction of the glands is highly unlikely, so if you are sure it is the salivary glands (most likely parotid gland) then mumps would be one of the first conditions to rule out in a differential diagnosis.

: Yes, Warthin tumors can be bilateral and are benign.

Enlarged gland: If on the neck it is not a salivary gland.  It's most probably a lymph gland.  Should be seen immediately to discover cause and appropriate cure.  If a lymph gland, yes, lymphoma is a possibility.  See your GP or an ENT for differential diagnosis.

Two problems: While I can come up with very uncommon conditions that would connect the two problems, headaches are more commonly due to other problems.  Those problems can range from sinus infections to temporal-mandibular joint problems to a host of other issues.  See your physician who can examine you and evaluate the headaches
