Yes, as long: As the Coumadin (warfarin) is properly regulated and the clot is not "fresh". The immobility associated with cramped aircraft is a risk worsening  of the clot.

Blood clot : I wouldnt chance it. The clot could break loose and cause major problems.However, check with your doctor and get his opinion.

It is safe to fly: If you are able to walk, then it is safe to fly.
Walking also prevents blood clots. So if the flight is more than couple hours, you should get up and walk in the plane for about 100 steps once every hour.

Pressure change: What you experienced was likely due to change in cabin pressure. The symptoms need not recur. Try to stay well hydrated during flight as the air in the plane is dry. Avoid alcohol.

Multiple.: There are many causes for DVT but all causes revolve around 3 factors: stasis of blood, injury to the vessel wall or increased propensity to clot(hypercoagulabe state).  Stasis occurs with long trips or immobility due to illness or casts.  Injuries to the vein wall can occur with trauma from something within the vein or external to it .Hypercoagulable- increased risk of clotting -genetic/acquired.

Sounds scary...: Think of the things that might happen other than blood clots (which are not likely, unless a person has an underlying condition, known or unknown, that raises the chance of clots). Staying in bed will mean bone loss, muscle loss, blood pressure regulation problems, heart rate problems, all sorts of scary things... It would have to be a big payment, to cover the risks and physical rehab afterwards.
