Depends : Tylenol (acetaminophen) is felt to be safe with most blood thinners. As long as liver is ok. Really depends on  which " thinner" you are referring to.

Stop sulfasalazine: The sulfasalazine should not be taken during pregnancy. Hydroxychloroquine and low doses of Prednisone can be continued throughout pregnancy.

Rheumatology: Vasculitis is very complicated topic. Every patient is unique and broad generalizations are rarely appropriate. You should be examined by a competent specialist with experience in the management of so-called collagen vascular diseases. Typically a rheumatologist, or vascular medicine or vascular surgery.

: It is not safe to take Alcophyllex or Bronkese Compound medicine during pregnancy without consulting a healthcare professional. Both of these medicines contain the active ingredient Theophylline, which is a bronchodilator for respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Theophylline can cross the placenta and may pose a risk to the developing fetus.

my mongolian doc says it is safe to do accupuncture and take mongolian herbs as medicine while pregnancy. i am not sure abt herbs. is it true?

Some are, some not: Some herbs are safe in pregnancy and some are not. You need a very experienced harbalist to know. I would not make a general claimthat herbs from any particular tridition (mongolian, chinese, western etc) are safe in pregnancy. Be very careful. Even some accupunture points can be unwise to use in pregnancy.
