Swollen knee: A painless swollen knee in the absence of trauma is suggestive of inflammation, likely related to arthritis and overuse with other causes possible as well, including infectious. Crystal induced arthropaties are also relatively common, such as gout or pseudogout. Best would be to start with your GP as a knee tap will be needed in order to formulate a definitive diagnosis and your GP can coordinate.

Valves closing: The different valves of the heart can make a snapping sound when they close like a door closing. A split s2 (racepinephrine) just means the valves close at different times. The s2 (racepinephrine) (second traditional heart sound) is commonly split because the two sides of the heart have different pressures & jobs. Often the timing of the split will vary with the breathing pattern.

Perineural cyst: The cyst may not clear on its own, it may stay there without causing any problems. You may need periodic follow up with MRI to ensure the stability of the lesion.

Hard to say: It is hard to predict what symptoms you would have.  You might experience pain in the sacral area or some shooting pain in the leg if a nerve is impinged by the cyst.

Normal variation: I actually look for this during regular exams.It is often not detected in earlier childhood but finally loud enough to be heard by the teen years. It signifies a small difference in the closing time of the valves. If it is widely split and does not vary with breathing it can point to a problem, but in most it is a normal finding.

S1,S2 (racepinephrine) closure, Mflow: Heart has 4 chambers: RA(Rt Atrium), LA(Lt Atrium), Rt Ventrical(RV) &amp; Lft Ventricle(LV). There are 4 valves: Tricuspid(TV), Pulmonary(PV), Aortic(AV) &amp; Mitral(MV). RV contraction sends blood to lungs, closes TV&amp; opens PV. LV contraction sends blood to body, closes MV &amp; opens AV. Valve closure sound when LV&amp;RV contract is S1. Valve sound when LV&amp;RV relax S2 (racepinephrine). Flow sound between S1&amp;S2 (racepinephrine) is a S. murmur

Tarlov cyst: "Pars defects" are fractures of the back wall of the spinal canal. Although this sounds scary, it is usually caused by chronic stress upon the lower back and not an acute accident. Over time, these can move (listhesis) and cause nagging back pain. Tarlov cysts (pictured) do not usually cause symptoms UNLESS they are &gt;2 cm. Therefore, your cyst could potentially cause S2 (racepinephrine) symptoms.

i have been diagnosed with a peri neural cyst 1.4 cm on the right side of the s2 vertebrae.will it lead to degenerative problems in the future.should i be going towards a surgery ?

: Perineural cyst (Tarlov cyst) is often detected by MRI incidentally. Leave it alone if you are asymptomatic. By NIH website: microsurgical removal of the cyst may be an option in select individuals who do not respond to conservative treatments and who continue to experience pain or progressive neurological damage. See a spine surgeon if you have chronic pain or neurologic issues.
