Not necessarily.: The tendency for addiction or alcoholism can be familial, so if you have a strong family history for something like alcoholism, then yes, russian or not, you are more susceptible to that disease.

Save your money!: A person should want to gain muscle not fat!  Fat kills!  To gain muscle you have to do resistance training several hours a day, 5-6 days a week for many months and years.  If we could make muscle by eating only, then there would not be an obesity epidemic there would be an epidemic of champion bodybuilders!  Supplements have risks and are of  no proven help. Eat and train properly.

new years is coming up & i want to have a few drinks with my husband, 2 maybe 3 white russians!  can i bring in new years or no on lithium :|?

You can: Even though you are adviced not to drink alcohol while taking lithium.But if you drink two white russians to celebrate new year , there should not be any harm done.
You can discuss it with your treating doctor, as you are also taking depakote

Russian Bear 10000: According to label has too much sugar & carbs rather than proteins. According to one weight trainer, all u will gain is fat & water w/ this product. Have brother talk w/ sports trainer or nutritionist to find out best supplements to use for bodybuilding & weight gain. Avoid anabolic steroid injections even though they are widely abused.

: Have no idea what that is. Best way to gain weight is to eat high caloric foods. Do not advise supplements as they usually are a waste of money. Better to spend it on good and nutritious food.

Save your money: Noopept is similar to piracetam, which doesn't work, and no real evidence that this does either.  If you wish to look at cognitive alternative preps, consider phosphatidyl-serine, Alpha lipoid acid, n-acetyl cysteine,  but these are used more often in older patients.  Consult with your doctor if you have friends or family who are developing cognitive losses.
