Yes: This sounds like an infection and your baby will need an antibiotic eye drop.  It may also mean a blockage of the tear drainage system.  It should be checked out. And treated properly.

More info: Seedy stools are typical of breast fed babies. Are you breastfeeding? Yellow in the eyes is also known as jaundice and can occur in breast fed babies, but is not typical for this age.  Fussiness and constipation are not unusual either.  Recommend you have your baby evaluated by his/her pediatrician, especially since you are noticing a yellow color to the eyes.

my three year old son is experiencing coughing, yellow runny nose, watery eyes, and dark colored lose stowels for the last 3days i have tried using over-the-counter children allergy medicine but his condition continues to worsen.

If : If your son is worsening instead of improving, you should call his doctor and have him seen.  Viral illnesses can last 7-10 days total, but should start to improve after the first 3 to 4.  If he is worsening, he could be developing a bacterial super-infection such as sinusitis, an ear infection or bronchitis.  Good luck!

Allergies: The symptoms described are most consistent with an allergy.  Based on the info provided it is hard to say what to.  Best remedy is to avoid whatever it is that you are allergic to.  Outside of that nasal irrigation with a Neti pot or other device is helpful as are antihistamine medications like diphenhydramine, loratadine, and cetirizine.

You: Have what sounds like a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Drink plenty of fluids, acetaminophen for fever or pain relief, and if you feel worse or don't improve in two weeks, check in with your doctor.

Pinguecula: You have discovered your pinguecula.  Most people in the middle years have these to some degree - they are the eyes protective deposit against wind and sun and occur next to the color part of the eye on either side.  They are asymptomatic unless seriously large.  You almost certainly have these in both eyes.

Overall  yellow color to the white part of the eye may represent jaundice and needs to evaluated by a primary care physician as to the cause, some of which are life-threatening.

Yellow coloration in the eyes is most seriously from liver disease (jaundice), but some people will get yellowish patches on the whites of their eyes called pinguecula, which are harmless. They mainly come from exposure to sunlight and wind and dust.
