Doubtful: Smoking in general causes ocular irritation and redness. Yellow coloration in the eyes is most seriously from liver disease (jaundice), but some people will get yellowish patches on the whites of their eyes called pinguecula, which are harmless. They mainly come from exposure to sunlight and wind and dust.
