why do i feel so tired with no energy on the days that i don't go running? i will feel terrible and then as soon as i go running i feel great.

Running: that is a good news. People feel the other way. When u exercise there is adrenaline rush which will make u feel energetic. There is also increase in levels of endorphins which will help you to feel good.

my husband and i are trying for baby#2. i currently use 2 scoops of  optimum nutrition amino energy during my workouts. should i stop use of it?

Unsure: I looked up the product to see if there is a complete list of incredients to review and I can't find a complete list.  There may or may not be something in there that could be an issue.  Don't forget preconceptual prenatal vitamin with a good dose of folate (folic acid) and maybe DHA is of great value to your pregnancy.

There is no: "preferred" time as far as I am aware...most people I know take the drinks on the run and consume them during the running, s stretching period or a "time out"  Hope this is helpful!

Most likely yes: If it is the amino energy mix i know about, it has multiple Amino Acids (which are safe and can help build muscle for workouts) and green tea and coffee extract which gives about 200mg of caffeine. The caffeine prior to workout can cause problems, especially if you have cardiac issues, arrythmia, or if you're dehydrated. If you are healthy, then the drink is most likely safe without issues.

? thyroid gland: dysfunction, can be the cause for your symptoms, kindly see your doctor for evaluation, it might be depression as well, however you do have a drive and physically active. As for the digestion, I am not sure exactly what you meant by 'low digestion power' , probably you meant indigestion, at any rate, your doctor would assess your symptoms better, best wishes

Energy drinks: Absolutely not. The taurine in these drinks puts such unnecessary strain on your heart that it is not even safe for you. Imagine slamming your baby&#x27;s heart with a sledge hammer. That is what an energy drink is like to a baby!

Before supplements: Would suggest seeing your GP, as your fatigue may be related to a medical condition. An exam and work up will be needed.

Hard to tell: Nutritional supplements are not fda regulated and independent randomised clinical studies are rearly available to give medical opinion. It has caffein which is a stimulant.
