Yes: Or, at least, a similarly presenting dementia.

Depending on the load, chelation might help.

Fumes: The fumes act as an irritant and can give you asthma like symptoms. If you have symptoms see your doctor or an allergist/pulmonologist.

Not a good idea: When plastic burns, there are likely a number of chemicals that are released. It is likely that these chemicals are not good to breathe and inhale into your lungs (which could eventually get to the bloodstream). Sometimes, these chemicals can irritate the lungs causing a reaction, such as coughing, wheezing, and difficulty breathing. I would avoid doing so.

Burning nylon: Don't do it again. Fumes from burning nylon probably didn't do your liver any favors, but overall it will handle it OK, if this is the only insult. 
The cough says your lungs and bronchi weren't too happy either, but likely no lasting damage. Don't smoke cigarettes and you'll really be ahead of the game.

Lubricating drops: The eyes are very sensiive to bleach fumes and will water excessively when exposed which gets rid of most of the bleach.  If you vision is clear, the eyes are not particularly red and there is no pain, you can just use over the counter lubricating eye drops to help flush out the rest.  If there is any problem, see your ophthalmologist.

Avoid Bleach: You should be fine, with time.  As long as you  can breathe comfortably and speak in a full sentence i would just wait and let the tissue heal. 

There are safer cleaning products. Please be careful.

Charcoal : Charcoal grills produce poisonous carbon monoxide gas. When meats are cooked on a grill;  fat drips onto the charcoal &  form polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs). Pahs rise with the smoke and are absorbed in the meat as well as being inhaled. Heterocyclic amines (hcaâ€™s) form in meat due to the heat of grilling. These substances are toxic. Charcoal contains coal dust and limestone which become airborne and can be inhaled. Allergic symptoms for charcoal include:  hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat. 
  As previously stated if you allergic, you need to avoid what you are allergic to.

No: This is coming from a neurosurgeon/painter: most indoor paint is acrylic water based.  Oil based paint is used less and less due to hassle with solvents and long drying time.   Lead paint is no longer used except in fine art work by artisis!  In the future open windows and create ventilation if you are in an environment like this one.

Chlorine burn: Appears that you have sustained a chlorine irritation / burn to your naso-pharynx-tracheal-bronchial tissues. If external, the immediate remedyvis long ice cold water rinsing.  You cannot do much of that, but prolonged mouthwashing, gargling, and nasal washing can help.  Then, you need an inhaler. Saline breathing treatments may help but best is a metered dose steroid inhaler.  So see a prescriber
