Yes: Or, at least, a similarly presenting dementia. See: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/23609067 "aluminum in the central nervous system..." by shaw and toljenovic. Depending on the load, chelation might help.

No science for that: Aluminum does not, in any way, cause alzheimers. More than 15 years ago, researchers identified higher quantities of aluminum in the brains of those with alzheimers and even autism. It is the result of the blood-brain barrier being broken. In other words, it is a result, not a cause. During the 1960s and 1970s, aluminum emerged as a possible suspect in causing alzheimer’s disease. This suspicion.
