Migraine?: Unilateral headache with some autonomic features could be migraine, cluster headache, hemicrania continua, intracranial problem like peri seller area, aneurysm etc to mention a few.

Need ear exam: May have ear wax in the right ear canal . On the top of that you may have also eustachian tube dysfunction or blockage causing middle ear infection. See an ent specialist or your doctor.

Pharyngitis: The most common cause is a viral infection. Usually, sore throat resolves (one week) on its own with at-home care. However, 2 month is too long for symptoms to persist. 
Rec.: see your pcp for evaluation and possible ENT referral.

Aerodontalgia: You may have a dental infection or a sinus infection.  With the pressure changes the air in your sinus may expand and if your opening into the nose is blocked it can make you have a bad headache.  Also if you have a dental abscess any gas produced you a dead tooth will expand causing pain.

Possible migraine: These symptoms are typical of migraine headache. During masturbation, blood pressure and blood flow increase and may  trigger your headaches. Keep a diary of headaches to see when they occur and if you can identify any other triggers? If you are female, watch for masturbation and headache pattern changes during your 28-day cycle. Some women have cycle related migraines. Discuss with a doctor.

Many reasons : many things can cause this. If worst HA of your life, associated with neck pain, vision changes, balance problems, focal weakness arm/leg, trouble speaking or skin rash need to be seen ASAP. If none of these can try headache formulation OTC pain reliever if no contraindication to taking it. If HA continues for 2-3 days or more please see doctor. Hope this helps and you feel better soon. Get eval: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. 
Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
