On plane& when at high altitude had rt side severe headache w/half of my lips and teeth numb 2hr& when plane went down it went away. what could it be?

Aerodontalgia: You may have a dental infection or a sinus infection. With the pressure changes the air in your sinus may expand and if your opening into the nose is blocked it can make you have a bad headache. Also if you have a dental abscess any gas produced you a dead tooth will expand causing pain.

Altitude Headache: Headache is the most common neurological symptom and complication, arising from ascent to altitudes greater than 3000 meters. Oxygen and OTC NSAIDs is a treatment of choice. Hope it helps.
