Likely normal: Rsr', pronounced 'r  s  r-prime' can be a normal finding in leads v1 and v2.  This pattern is often found in young healthy people.  
An rsr' with widening of the qrs and characteristic findings in other leads is due to a right bundle branch block. This is when the electrical pathway to the right ventricle is slower than the pathway to the left venricle (typically several milliseconds).

Probably not. : Sounds like you may have what's called a right bundle branch block (rbbb) or Incomplete rbbb (both are benign). Also many times with women when they do the EKG they don't take off the bra and the leads are inadvertently placed higher on the chest giving you the reading you quoted. Those EKG computer reads are not very helpful. Go by your docs read not the computer :)

No: need to worry it is rbbb it is innocuous unless u have other ht conditions.

Conduction defect: If there is no lead reversal.  Then you should rule out ischemic heart disease. Get a stress test done.

No: You don't say what the QRS duration is, but you either have a right bundle branch block (QRS &gt; 120 ms) or an incomplete RBBB. In either case, if your echo is normal, you have nothing to worry about.

None of the above: Your question seems desperate in trying to find a diagnosis. The EKG, while unusual, are just findings. In the absence of a pattern if symptoms, they mean nothing. While an rSR' pattern could be from a BBB  (bundle branch block) it could be from lead placement as well. Brugada is a syndrome of different findings over time. A single EKG can't make a Dx. Also no mention of QT, &amp; low voltage suggests

Ok...: RSR pattern is a benign finding......unless associated with lung, Rt ventricular pathology. If smoker, DVT, congenital or acquired rt sided heart problem.....don't worry. Being a female.....lead placement has to be considered...

RBBB: There is a small percentage of the population that has some degree of RBBB delay on there EKG and this is normal.

Right Bundle: It's ekg notation for the shape of the waveform, and it means there's either block or delay in one of the heart's 3 "wires" (they're not really wires) that conduct the electrical impulse to the lower chambers. It does not, generally, mean increased risk of death or problems unless other circumstances are present.
