See a dentist.: Get the teeth cleaned and the cavities fixed and see a dentist regularly for routine care as well as brush after eating and floss daily is one way. The other way is to extract the teeth and get dentures or implant retained crowns and bridges.

Yes: The broken rotting tooth is a focus of infection.  Can be causing your current symptoms, nerve and gastrointestinal  problems will only get worse.  The spreading worsening infection can even be acutely life threatening.  Put down the computer, pick up the phone, call your dentist immediately.

May be reflux: A bad taste in the mouth and sense of fullness could be from reflux disease.  Reflux does not always produce classic heartburn symptoms. Get evaluated by a GI doctor.
