Royal jelly tablets: These tablets consist of worker bees secretions but other substances. It has been used for a variety of ailments. Its use is of questionable worth and therefore i would not recommend it.

Was this a surprise?: I am going to assume this was completed by  his physician and that this physician was reasonably competent. If some or all of this was news to you, then probably dad had health issues that he concealed from you, probably because he cared and wanted you to go on with your life untroubled. Now that he is gone, set up a conference with his physician. I wish you comfort.

: Yes, descovy is less renal toxic compared with truvada but the guidelines still recommend monitoring every six months.

Complication stone: The presence of stone(s) and probable complicating infection can cause the pain in such a diverticulum. A urologist can perform procedures which will be of help in alleviating the cause of the pain.

hi doctors. i have a complex renal cyst with one papilla along with two simple cysts. complex cyst was simple a yeat ago. should i or if i should not get a cat scan for the complex cyst with the papilla now, or monitor and recheck in 3 to 6 months?

: You can choose either option. If the complex cyst is confirmed with repeated US in 3 months, there is still time for CT scan with IV contrast at that time even if malignant lesion is suspected because malignant lesion of the kidney progresses slowly in general. Size of the questionably complex cyst is also helpful &amp; a cyst of less than 2 cm can be safely rechecked in 3 months.

i have road rash on my left thigh from a bike accident that is 2 weeks old.  i've recently developed a red bumps all along my leg.  the road rash is red and tender to the touch. should i be concerned?

Road rash: Road rash is usually a self limited problem and rarely requires a doctors visit.  The development of red bumps changes things.  I would see your doctor to ensure you haven't developed an infection.

Depends: On your cycle length - assuming you have had a positive pregnancy test.  If not best to first check this and if negative see a doctor re causes of late period.

Pregnancy????: Need to know the first day of your last menstrual period to calculate how far along you are.  Or an early ultra sound can accurately (+ or -  5 days) tell are how far along you are. Ask your OB they can calculate this for you.

Do you mean Acne?: I assume u mean Acne? Acne is not contagious like a virus or poison ivy, and doesn't spread by touch. Acne is due to a combination of androgen hormone activity, excessive sebum production, clogged pores, inflammation and secondary infection.  Individuals are affected differently in severity and affected areas. There are several treatment options depending on severity. See ur dr to discuss options.
