Was this a surprise?: I am going to assume this was completed by his physician and that this physician was reasonably competent. If some or all of this was news to you, then probably dad had health issues that he concealed from you, probably because he cared and wanted you to go on with your life untroubled. Now that he is gone, set up a conference with his physician. I wish you comfort.
