Pregnancy????: Need to know the first day of your last menstrual period to calculate how far along you are. Or an early ultra sound can accurately (+ or - 5 days) tell are how far along you are. Ask your OB they can calculate this for you.

Dating a Pregnancy: This is done with ultrasounds now at the OB office. Your obstetrician will have this as part of the early visits with them.
