Yes sometimes: Sleep apnea causes disruptions of normal sleep architecture ( √ wikipedia).  This can cause low level (i.e. You're still functional) neurologic changes that are different from person to person. Changes in mood, attention span, critical thinking, etc. Can occur. Chronic pain or inappropriate pain can be one of these low-level malfunctions.

Not heart.: The heart does not cause symptoms like this at all.  FM does not typically cause these symptoms, but could.  You should listen to your neurologist.

Migratory arthritis: Roaming arthritis is referred to as migratory polyarthritis by rheumatologists.  Joint pain will stay in one or several joints for several days and then move to new joints. This is seen in acute rheumatic fever, lyme disease, and in arthritis caused by viruses.

RA  plus others: Migratory arthritis is not uncommon in early RA prior to the onset of chronic disease. Gout under the right circumstances can be migratory moving from joint to joint. Certain infectious forms of arthritis may be migratory, such as gonorrhea, and viral disease such as parvovirus b19.  Psoriatic arthritis can be migratory in the chronic since involving different joints at different times.

Dont be scared: You are taking charge of your health, being proactive and thats a great thing. You will be properly anesthetized and probably have the best 30 minute nap  of your life! :-) good luck!

Anxious ruminations: Try deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation when you are ready to retire.  A combination of melatonin and Buspar (buspirone) can also be great!

Yes but: I have no idea of what kind of meds are in egypt. There is little to do to actually prevent them from pacing. This is part of the disease pattern as the person can become restless. One can use benzodiazepines or haloperidol. There are other meds that may be used as well under the supervision of a doctor.  Best wishes in this very difficult case

is it normal to see visions when resting? my mil is 99 and says she shuts her eyes to rest and sees children and adults roaming around her apartment. she seems to think this is normal. i think she may be asleep but she denies that. normal?

: Described in different conditions at all ages. In elderly a specific type is known as Charles Bonnet hallucinations, associated with significant loss of vision many times.

i had an anti-rabies booster shot last mar. 1, 2021. as of 5/17/21, i was scratched by my unvaccinated pet cat (allowed to roam outside) while giving him a bath, and i bled very slightly. should i get another anti-rabies shot? thank you very much :?

: The protection from the usual anti-rabies post exposure shots is thought to last for 2 yrs before boosters are suggested in workers at risk. However, when anyone has a known exposure to a suspected rabid animal additional boosters are given. Local health authorities should be consulted to determine if rabies is active in the area.

Torus palatinus: It's likely you have a torus palatinus, a benign growth in the palate. They are harmless.
