No u need Muscle mas: Athletes tend to be at low end of this scale due to their increased lean weight (muscle mass). While low levels of body fat seem to be related to improved performance, body composition alone is not a great predictor of sports success. A linebacker needs to have enough body mass (lean and fat weight) to generate high forces and avoid injury. Body fat among elite athletes vary largely so check up.

Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.

Why lose weight?: If your body fat,percentage is low, chances are that you don't need to lose,weight.  That is why it is hard.  Why are you trying?  If you want to firm up, try doing weight bearing exercises and lifting.  But trying to lose weight will probably only work against you.

In : In general fat transfer can be done even in athletes. The question really boils down to whether there's enough harvestable fat to satisfy the volume requirements for the area being treated.

Regarding treating your lips, i don't usually recommend doing fat grafting rhere as the results aren't durable. This is likely due to the mobility of the lips which hinders proper blood vessel growth into the grafted fat.

Makes sense: Presumably, the increased body fat allows for more conversion to estrogen, which has a proliferative/stabilizing effect on the endometrial lining.  ANY irregular menstrual bleeding lasting more than six months requires a complete work up.

No easy way: This will take a lot of work, and there is no "healthy" way to do it quickly. Focus on healthy diet and building lean muscle (but you'll need cardio as well.).

Watch carbs: Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product.. The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and just enough protein.
