my body temperature was 96.8 when i woke this morning. but im on my menstrual cycle. is it normal to have a low body temp like that?

Temperature: Body temperature varies from person to person and according to the technique and instrument used.  Don't fret about this if you feel fine and measure it repeatedly if you want to get a baseline "normal" for yourself.  Rectal or under the tongue measurements are most accurate (remember to wait at least a minute to register).   Low thyroid states could contribute to a true low temperature.

Body Temp: There is a slight rise in body temp prior to menses and prior to ovulation. However, the temperature difference is only 1 Celsius; unlikely noticeable without a thermometer. If you are concerned, discuss and schedule an appt  with a women's health provider.

Possible infection: 39.5 °C = 103.1 °F. If abdominal pain is severe you would need emergent medical evaluation. If temperature rises to 40 °C  or &gt;  (104 °F) you need medical evaluation. If pain lateralizes to right lower quadrant of abdomen - recommend urgent evaluation. If symptoms are not resolving - need eval. Keep a watch on this for sure.

what might be the reasons for formation of small blebs on lungs. i have blebs of less then 1cm on lungs. i don't even smoke. and i don't even have lung injury. does rise in body temperature results in formation of blebs?

: Blebs are typically congenital and they are not the result of injury or smoking. A rise in body temperature also does not cause the blebs. If the blebs are big enough to cause a pneumothorax, they can be surgically removed so see a thoracic surgeon for evaluation. Good luck to you!

Many reasons: Check a pregnancy test as this could be a cause, but there are lots of possible causes including allergies flare up, viral infection, bacterial infection, etc.  If its over 100.5 F then that's a fever and seeing your physician may be needed.

No such thing: interesting ideas, but I suspect you have misunderstood something you learned in school or saw online. There is no such thing as "too much ATP in the body". If there were, it would not cause fever or elevated body temperature, would not increase susceptibility to influenza or any other infection, and would have no effect on medication for flu or anything else. Unlikely: Did you have unintended weight loss. If you did not, do not worry about cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Increase body temp: Exercise in the heat. But may get heat stroke. Difficult to change as the body has a built in thermostat.

Accepted Answer

Sleep disorder: Certain sleep disorders can trigger the release of stress hormones (cortisol) which can then cause the production of catecholamines. These can increase heart rate, blood pressure and elevate body temperature...Causing sweating.
Someone trained in sleep medicine can order some tests and provide more information, if desired.

Yes: Yes it rises for both, a little more for women and children than adult men. This is part of the natural cricadian rhythm.
