A member asked:

Is it normal to experience a noticable rise in body temperature about 3 to 4 days before your period starts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Body Temp: There is a slight rise in body temp prior to menses and prior to ovulation. However, the temperature difference is only 1 Celsius; unlikely noticeable without a thermometer. If you are concerned, discuss and schedule an appt with a women's health provider.
