Possible infection: 39.5 °C = 103.1 °F. If abdominal pain is severe you would need emergent medical evaluation. If temperature rises to 40 °C or > (104 °F) you need medical evaluation. If pain lateralizes to right lower quadrant of abdomen - recommend urgent evaluation. If symptoms are not resolving - need eval. Keep a watch on this for sure.
