What you describe could be an entrapment of the ulnar nerve at the wrist (Guyon's Canal) or further up at the inside of the elbow (by the funny bone). You need to see a hand surgeon for diagnosis and you may require nerve conduction studies to determine the exact location.

Well: And in general anybody with that kind of localize wrist pain needs to be evaluated in person by primary care physician urgent care emergency room orthopedic doctor.this could represent infection tendinitis fracture injury. Herpes ?: The symptoms noted are not common for true herpes infections.  If your finger is infected, the swelling and redness extending up the arm is more similar to cellulitis, and should be treated immediately. See your healthcare provider for an exam and treatment.

: Your condition could originate from the cervical spines although you do not have neck or upper back pain. Your doctor should initiate some work up for neuropathy in the meantime pending initial neuro visit. MRI of the cervicothoracic spines (mainly the lower C spines C5-7, and upper thoracic spines T1-T3) should be included in the preliminary work-up.

Myofascial : This sounds like you may be experiencing a myofascial  trigger point;  this irritation of muscle groups can even mimic nerve root type pain.  The shoulder girdle area is a common site for these types of regional muscle fiber strains. If your dog  takes you for the walk (with lots of tugging)  then a few trips to dog training  school may help to change unruly tugging.  A lighter, fashionista bag ?

Ganglion?: Sounds like you have developed a ganglion on the velar wrist. This is a synovial cyst arising from the wrist joint. It can be painful itself or put pressure on neighboring structures like the median nerve or radial artery causing radiating pain. Seek care with hand surgeon.

See a doctor: Pain associated with a rash can be caused by several conditions, including shingles (herpes zoster) and rheumatic fever (lyme disease) to name a few.  The only way to know what is causing your symptoms is to see a doctor.

Yes for sure: Most fracture in the forearm cause wrist pain some little and some time a lot, because the bones are connecting together. There are fractures in the forearm could cause dislocation of  one of the bone of the wrist.
If you in the question the arm bone(hummerus) I do not think so.
