Many causes: The causes of right sided abdominal pain are many. In upper abdomen, gall bladder, liver, stomach, small bowel, large bowel, and kidney can all contribute. Appendix symptoms are usually in the right lower quadrant of abdomen.The large bowel extends from right to left side and cause both right and left sided pain. Abd pain constipatio: No not normal.  The side of the pain tells us a little but not much.  Best to see your healthcare provider to have this evaluated. NAFL: Non alcoholic fatty liver should not be the reason for these acute symptoms, if you know you have nafl then you had ultrasound and you possibly do not have gall stone and then cholecystitis also should not your issue.

Pain in early preg: One sided pain is always of concern in a early pregnancy due a concern of an ectopic pregnancy.  I suggest blood preg test, and pelvic sonogram.

appendicolith is a hard stool gut trapped in the lumen of the appendix
can cause nothing or pain or acute appendix that could lead to rupture and infection that could be life threatening
depend on the symptoms the surgeon will decide if it need any intervention but no it does not flush out.
