See below : More information (HX of trauma), a physical exam and a ECG are required to diagnose you. See a physician as soon as possible, as It could be a anything from a broken or lacerated rib to pericarditis. However, I doubt that you are having a heart attack or acute coronary syndrome.

Chest pain: I would worry. Any chest pain associated with light activity.is concerning. If you smoke, have diabetes, hypertension, a family history of heart disease I would be very concerned. Seek a.ER and do a EKG, and get set up.for a potential stress test if the initial tests are ok.
