Headache: This headache, if dull, May be a neuralgia which is an irritated or irritable superficial nerve in the scalp and usually resolves without specific treatment except Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil. If it's a throbbing headache, migraine is suggested. See your Physician if the headache persists or seriously worsens.

There are many: potential causes for headache but it would seem reasonable to try an over the counter analgesic as a first approach to management. If the headaches are recurrent or persistent then you might want to see your health care provider for additional evaluation and management suggestions.

See your doctor: Recurrent headaches like  that are not normal.  It could be any number of things:  tmj, cluster headaches, migraine or  tension headaches or something else.  Your doctor will be able to help by better characterizing the pain (sharp vs. Dull, throbbing vs  steady, length of headache, exacerbating factors, etc).  Get it checked out.

for the past 24 hours i've had a bad headache but only when i lay down, and it's worse when i lay on my right side. right side of the head is worse.

See neurologist: Does your headache if you stand up or roll to your left side? If this is a new type of headache with symptoms of nausea/vomiting or other suggestions of migraine type then, you should see a neurologist quickly who will likely order an MRI with contrast of the brain.  This is one of those few times in headache medicine when an imaging study may actually reveal something that can be fixed

See below: A transient  ischemic attack lasts less than 24 hours. A reversible ischemic neurologic deficit lasts between 24 hours and 2 weeks. A caerebrovascular accident is permanent.

Many things: Migraine for one thing; however, the goal would be to make sure that something more serious is not the case.  If this is a new or different type of headache for you, see your doctor.

when i woke up still in bed the room was like slanted when i stood up i felt like i was being pushed back down i had to hold on to things to get to the bathroom headache on right side of the head came suddenly and my right eye was a little blurry?

Concerning: The combination of unsteady gait, headache and blurry vision in the right eye would be unusual for an episode of migraine or acute benign positional vertigo. I recommend that you be taken to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and appropriate testing, like a brain ct scan, can be done expeditiously. A consultation with a neurologist can be arranged,also.

Headache: This unilateral headache may be a migraine episode. Typically migraine is throbbing and nausea is common. However if you don't have a history of migraine, if the headache is severe and if eye pain and or visual disturbance is present, you should be examined by a physician or a neurologist as soon as possible.

been having on you my headaches from sinus confirmed ct scan. they strike my right side of the head and right eye, and feel sick. no fever. 8+ months on and off, tylenol breaks up pattern. this migraine or chronic sinusitis? arent severe headache?

: You  may well  have chronic sinusitis, but this  could merely be a trigger for migraine headaches.
