There are many: potential causes for headache but it would seem reasonable to try an over the counter analgesic as a first approach to management. If the headaches are recurrent or persistent then you might want to see your health care provider for additional evaluation and management suggestions.

Headche: Unilateral headache could be caused by migraine . If you have history of migraine , one can try paracetamole and brufen. Rest, fluids and avoid loud nose. May have to figure out the triggers for headache . Presentvto a&m clinic if getting worse .
