Varies: What you are describing is likely related to a lack of full motion in your shoulder. .  The most common two causes of this in your age group are a condition involving the rotator cuff muscles known as impingement syndrome, or an arthritic condition of the shoulder joint itself. Most likely muscular: Waking up with neck pain is usually secondary to sleeping on a bad position and resultant muscle pain/spasms. However, anytime you get symptoms on the arm, in your case the hand, is important to rule out any problem coming from the cervical spine.  Muscle, ligament and tendons can cause referred pain as well. You should visit your physician for evaluation and treatment.

Other stimuli can be deconditioning and suddenly over working muscles like weekend warriors, or bending, stooping, or leaning forward for long periods. Uti does not usually start in lumbar spine. Other conditions could be more serious, seek medical adv.

Muscle tension: Really, nothing to speak of causes only numbness in the lower spine. All i would surmise would be spasms/tension that could conceivably cause only numbness along with tightness. Address the muscle spasm with stretching, ice/heat, salonpas hot patches, core exercises, and the rest should subside.

Muscular tightness may be due to poor mattress, poor posture sitting or walking, weak abdominal wall muscles, chronic low back strain, improper exercises and  structural spinal abnormalities or disc disease are less likely possibilities. A physical trainer could instruct you in proper exercises and stretching techniques. See an orthopedic specialist

Basics: If you can pee though it fine you can work with it for a while to get it looser. Do not try to force it.You could tourniquet the tip &amp; kill it. A good cleaning with soapy water &amp; gradual working it back over weeks may release it. A low strength hydrocortisone cream at the tight margins may help. If the issue continues in spite of this a urologist could do simple release procedure.
