See below: This are changes observed in particular leads and not absolute but suggestive (depending on the criteria). 
Left Atrial abnormality maybe is suggesting hypertension or another etiology that increased pressure. this could be backing up to the RV and cause hypertrophy.

If that is the case you would Short of breath or have some difficulty breathing. More info needed to answer properly

: Consult a cardiologist for evaluation, appropriate testing ( such as an echocardiogram) &amp; advice. Right atrial enlargement by EKG isn't always accurate. History of heart murmurs?  Right atrial enlargement and right axis deviation are common in chronic pulmonary disease. ST-T abnormalities &amp; rightward QRS axis can be seen in youths. Carcinoid is a rare disease. Do you have characteristic symptoms?

: An EKG is a report of the electrical signals for only 6 seconds of the heart.  . Normal is based on a complete history, examination, and testing when needed. An  EKG gives us a short picture of the heart. Like a picture of a person, you can't tell how it moves, functions, or acts. at rest or stress. Atrial fibrillation is not normal and can be a concerning arrhythmia. I suggest seeing a doctor.

ECG: Without seeing the ecg and only given what you wrote, it isn't possible to know whether the ecg is abnormal or not. An axis of 57 degrees is not a 'right axis', 157 degrees would be. Left atrial enlargement has definite ecg parameters but doesn't always mean significant abnormality is present. If it were possible to see the ecg more comment would be possible.

Atrial repolarizatio: You can see this on some ecgs but not on most. It is seen when present after the P wave and before the onset of the QRS
