other therapies are yoga stretching, alonf with supportive treatment with pain meds if neededand follow up.

Gallbladder pain is often "referred" to the right shoulder, right upper back, or even the right armpit. If you were diagnosed with asthma you need medication to control the asthma during episodes when you can't breath and medication to decreases the chances of having these episodes. The rib cage being out of place is a little bit confusing, did a Doctor tell you about this? I would suggest you visit a Doctor to help you manage these problems.

Ibuprofen: There is unfortunately not much one can do for a broken rib. They can be very painful and can take quite a bit of time to heal. I would suggest wearing an abdominal binder that extends up to the rib area, if you can tolerate it.
