Osteopath: 30 yo female "diagnosed" by Chiropractor and Physical Therapist as having a "rib out of place". In California medical regulations prohibit Chiropractors and Physical Therapists from making medical diagnoses. See a properly licensed Osteopath.

See below: Chiropractors are more likely to diagnose a "rib out of place" than physicians. Nevertheless it may occur in a few patients. Physicians are more likely to diagnose the same condition as inflammation and treat with anti-inflammatory medications. I suggest you get a medical opinion and see an Orthopedic Surgeon, perhaps one specializing in Sports Medicine, to get another opinion. Best of luck.
