Here is one way to h: One way to handle is to take a couple of tylenols daily. If it is a muscular pain, it will go away. If there is something more serious going on inside in the chest, the pain will get worse. In that case you should go see your PCP and get a Chest X-rays done. This should show your lungs and any problem inside.

Depends: If in the center of ur abdomen just below the rib cage ; u r thin u may be feeling ur duodenum spasm due 2 ulcers or ur pyloric area of stomach. 2 the r is the liver ; 2 the left is the spleen  that's the best i can do. My advice is  c ur pcp ; have a hands on diagnosis made.

Colon: LUQ are is what you are describing,the colon is the main organ there,of course there is the spleen, as well.the colon could be in spasm or you might be having diverticulosis, or constipation .use heat pad,eat light food,avoid red meat,nuts and seeds,and greasy food,regulate your bowel,no improvement see a doctor

Xiphoid: there is a structure of cartilage there, and hernias can develop there.
Suspect weight loss has allowed you to feel the xiphoid bone  better.

Several possible: under the left rib cage, could be a hernia, a rib cyst, a fatty tumor aka lipoma, a traumatic hematoma, or seroma. Absent fever or significant pain, you can watch it for a week or 2. If it gets bigger, go in to see your doc. If it goes away, no worries. Be well.
