Depends: If in the center of ur abdomen just below the rib cage ; u r thin u may be feeling ur duodenum spasm due 2 ulcers or ur pyloric area of stomach. 2 the r is the liver ; 2 the left is the spleen that's the best i can do. My advice is c ur pcp ; have a hands on diagnosis made.
