It would have to be: ...Many times more than recommended. In a rh-sensitized individual, practically the entire blood supply is diluted rhogam, hundreds to thousands times more antibody than you could reasonably get from a Rhogam injection.

Yes: Any injection site can be sore temporarily.  If it persists for more than 24 hours or develops a bruise, get checked.

Rh incompatibility: RhoGAM (Rho Immune Globulin) is given to women who are Rh-negative who are pregnant or for blood transfusion. Rh incompatibility can be addressed with RhoGam.

Depends: In most hospitals they will test the mom's and baby's blood to determine how much you need (if any).  You only need Rhogam if you are rh negative and baby is rh positive.  So if baby is negative, you don't need any.  On the other hand, if there was a large amount of transfer of fetal cells to mom from baby, you may need more than one dose of rhogam.

Sure, if needed.: Several not uncommon scenarios would merit Rhogam administration at least twice in the same pregnancy: e.g. After amniocentesis and at 28 weeks/postpartum, after fall/trauma and at 28 weeks/postpartum.

Depends: Standard dose in usa it s 300 mcg. In early pregnancy exceeds the needs , but this is the protocol.

Risk for future baby: Rhogam is supposed to prevent you from developing anti d antibodies that could cause serious problems for future babies/fetuses. Those problems include: anemia, jaundice, hydrops fetalis, death. This risk is greater if we know for sure that product of current pregnancy had blood type rh positive and there was significant transfer of fetal blood into your body. You should discuss it with your doc.

Not usually: The Rho-gam is an immune antibody against Rh. The only was it would show is if you tested specifically for anti-Rh antibodies.

Sure.: Immunoglobulin administration is meant to modify your immune system's response to fetal antigens and can certainly cause some mild fatigue along the way.
