Chronic : Chronic steroid anti-inflammatory medication can slow down wound healing. A lot depends on what drug you are taking and how high of a dose it is. You could discuss the issue with your rheumatologist to see if the dose you are on would affect overall healing. It may also be worthwhile to make sure your vasculitis condition won't affect healing as well.

 Antibiotics help treat the bacterial infection causing myocarditis. Corticosteroid drugs may be prescribed to reduce inflammation of the heart wall.  Specific medications to control arrhythmias and heart failure should be discussed with a cardiologist.

Mainly Biologic DMAR: The  biologic  DMARDs are bioloigical disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs. These type of DMARDS are effective  in ankylosing spondykiitis (AS). The non biologic DMARDs in  scientific studies  have  not shown much efficacy. You can discuss this with your physician.

2:1 Drug Rx: These are two different disease processes. Venous insufficiency is treated most often without medication but with compression. With your ra, you may feel uncomfortable with the compression that may require some compromise (a palliative approach) between yourself and your clinician.
