It would be prudent to get him to the nearest ER immediately to rule out a serious heart or lung issue. Call an ambulance if needed.

Chest pain has to be worked up in ER due to the likelihood of life threatening conditions such as a heart attack among many others possibly causing it. The majority of times such conditions are ruled out, but it is not worth the risk ignoring it.
