Depends on your age: Are you retired at age 37 ?  Health depends upon your heredity, diet, exercise and mental outlook.  A good exercise therapist, and dietician can help you with these.  All studies show that marriage extends healthy longevity.  Having interests that are mentally and physically challenging are also helpful.

First, for diet - you need to eat healthy 
cut out the bad stuff that you eat and excess carbs
Second for workout - start with an activity that you
enjoy and do it every other day
then progress to about five days a week
maybe you can reward youself dietwise with a special
treat after a good workout

No strict regimen: Please, don't start a strict reigimen. Doesn't work, never will --unless you are on a desert island with lmited food supply.  Instead, change your daily routine. Change your times of eating, eating sm meals frequently works for some patients; but does not work for others.  Some weight challenged patients feel better with two mini meals and one main(reg) meal a day. Changing your lifestyle is key.

Diet exercise advice: 2/3 of our country is overweight or obese.  There are over 100 different diets. They all have some basic similarities: limit the portion size, limit the calorie content, stay away from bread/rice/pasta, and exercise 4-5 times a week. Exercise needs to be greater than 10, 000 daily steps which can be tracked by a variety of methods in today's world. Try apps like myfitnesspal ; devices like fitbit.

Not so simple: I understand that we are all concerned about our products being completely natural. You also have to be aware that the term "natural" is being tossed around very haphazardly these days. You first have to decide what it is you really want your products to do for you. There are several brands of products that are completely plant based - moisturizer & exfoliators are the most you can expect.
