Suspect tuberculosis: The radiologist suspects tuberculosis in the lung. It would require additional studies like sputum culture to ascertain the diagnosis.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

had an chest-pa last week for employment and their findings are; chest examination shows minimal reticular opacities in the right upper lobe..what does this mean?

: Those findings typically represent a scar of some type or inflammatory changes. In order to better diagnose these findings, a chest CT can be done. Is there any chance of a past tuberculosis infection? Pneumonia? What symptoms, if any, are you having? Do you smoke? You should see a lung doctor for evaluation and further testing to make a diagnosis. Good luck!

Many things: Images found in diagnostic tests such as CT scans can only be interpreted properly in concert with history, physical and clinical context. " Reticular opacities" can mean man things such as a prior or current infection, architectual damage or inflammation.  Speak with your doctor.

Reticular Opacity: There is a reason why CT scan of chest was ordered by your doctor. This finding needs to be correlated to your clinical symptoms and previous history of exposure to infectious diseases.

Improvement.: Regression of an infiltrate on a chest X-ray would suggest that the infiltrate has improved.  It's not gone, but it's better.

Ptb : Pulmonary tuberculosis is recommended by the radiologist to be included in the possibilities for the structural findings in the lung. By activity there is a question if the changes are relatively new or old reflecting healed lesions.
