i am 5'2 138 pound 23 year old with irrugular heartbeat .i feel weak and short of breath a lot.blood pressure round 100/70 resting pulse 80.is this ok?

i am 35 year old woman. always done a lot of competitive sport. no health probs or medicine. resting pulse is between 80 and 90 bpm, cause 4 concern?

Pulse 80: No cause for concern as long as pulse is regular and blood pressure is ok.

Not usual: Consider the amount of stimulants in your life (caffeine, tobacco, energy drinks, decongestants, etc.). If moderate-high, then cut them WAY down and see if this improves. If not present or doesn't help, see your Dr for eval, ?endocrine issue or other that should be addressed.

would it be normal for resting pulse rate to be 80 beats per minute sitting down and then 95 beats per minute the next minute after just standing up?

: Yes, 80 is considered normal and it is expected to immediately rise with activity.  However, given these numbers, it might suggest that your body tends to be overall deconditioned or that you might be hypotensive forcing the pulse to rise more than 10 beats per minute.  You might consider checking your blood pressure while seated and immediately after standing to see how that is also impacted.

i have had my heart thoroughly checked by cardiologist recently. lately my sitting down resting pulse rate is about 80 beats per minute. when i stand it goes up to 100 to 105 and only settles to 90 to 95 when just standing still. what could be causes?

: Difficult to speculate what the cause might be. Dehydration could be one possibility. Others include medications if any, low grade anxiety etc. The  best advice is for you be examined and further tests be done if indicated. Good luck.

my resting pulse is in the 60s to low 70s.  2 hours after intense exercise, my resting pulse can be in the high 80's to low 90s. is this a concern?

Not dangerous: A pulse in the 80's-low 90's is not in and of itself dangerous, but it's not what i'd expect 2 hours after exercise. You should be back to resting pulse. See your doc to evaluate, esp if additional symptoms like fatigue, weakness, anxiety.

Resting Pulse: The best things to lower resting pulse are - 
practice some form of meditation or yoga regularly and do some form of aerobic exercise regularly (assuming you are otherwise fit). I don't think there is any reason why you would want to increase your BP if you have no symptoms...
