Antiplatelet: It is an antiplatelet mdeicationusually  given IV in the cath lab . It is given around the time of an angioplasty/stent to decrease platelet aggregation(stickiness) as a clot /thrombus in the coronary artery is the culprit.

Depends: Depends on the size and location of the hernia and type of repair. Inguinal hernia repair done open is typically 2-3 weeks, laparoscopic 1-2 weeks. Medium sized ventral hernia done open or lap is around 3-6 weeks. There are however many variables, so call your surgeon to find out for sure.

Hemorrhoids: If you're young and otherwise healthy, constipation can bring on hemorrhoids (piles) and bleeding.  If, after increasing your fruits and veggies, water intake, and fiber, you're still constipated, make sure you see your doctor to get a check.  Sometimes banding or surgery is necessary. Best of luck!

i have re occuring itch and discharge in my vaginal. i have taken several antibiotics but i only get a few days respite and its back. pls help?

Cannot diagnose: Without seeing and examining you and the discharge it is impossible to say what this is, but if your ob/gyn doctor has not been helpful or not communicative, perhaps a second opinion would be in order.  Hope this clears up soon.

Possibly: Mold and fungus can cause chronic infections, but given that you can see it, then use a bleach solution to sterilize it.
