What is reopro (abciximab)?

Antiplatelet: It is an antiplatelet mdeicationusually given IV in the cath lab . It is given around the time of an angioplasty/stent to decrease platelet aggregation(stickiness) as a clot /thrombus in the coronary artery is the culprit.
